Device appears to be registered under your profile. Have you tried using a different browser? Can you post a screenshot of the error you get?

Have you completed the account activation for your MyNETGEAR? If yes, kindly check the information again. Your ReadyNAS should be showing as a registered device.
Please let me know if you still have the issue.

Hi there,
Thanks for trying to help, but this is not working.. I have no idea how to check if MyNETGEAR is activated.. I log in, getting the message that no devices is registerd, I try to register, I log out. Then I log in, getting the message all over again..
The reason I need to register my device is that I have purchased a license to Milestone Arcus, and cant activate it.. Now I wonder if NETGEAR is the product for me.. this shouldnt be so hard to get working..
Would it help if I PM'd you my login info, so you can see what I see?
