Relay some url to another computer in lan with apache

I need some help to configure the apache in my ready nas duo (sparc) to relay access (from inet or lan) to a certain url (http://<myIp>/foo) to another computer in lan after successful (basic) auth. the next step would be to configure a dyndns service.
