Remote access

Hi,
I have just setup our 3rd remote office using ReadyNAS Remote, the first two remote offices went without a problem but as it always happens the 3rd office has given nothing but problems. When I installed the remote software all went well but when we tried to connect the PC, it could see the NAS and the folders on it but when trying to access any of the folders we get a permissions error.

The remote software is the same in all three sites, we are using the same OS (win7) and obviously all are connecting to the same NAS, if anyone can come up with anything I could attempt, to get this office online it would be appreciated.

Setup;
Model: ReadyNAS NV+ (4 * 1tb disks)
Firmware: RAIDiator 4.1.10 [1.00a043]
X-RAID
RAIDar v4.3.4

The problem pc is a brand new Asus desktop (same machine and setup as other offices), it is the second new computer as after setting up the first time the office had a lightning strike which fried most of the hardware in the building.

The broadband is fibre running at 37mbps and we do have Skype running in all the offices connected to head office so we know there is nothing wrong with our connection speeds.

If you need any further info you can get me on twitter (@braisbyi) as I have that with me at all times.

Regards
Ian
