Remote streaming of media files to IOS devices

New to that aspect, could you talk me through it?
The default port that the plex server uses is 32400. The normal steps are
- reserve an IP address in your router for the plex server (likely your ReadyNAS)
- forward TCP port 32400 to that reserved address.
The details depend on your router model.
Once you've done that, the plex app should be able to play your media over the internet.
