IP for NAS and port forwarding in the router are identical, router settings for HTTP and port ID of 32400 this reflects plex setting.
Also tried to add server manually in plex app advanced settings using IP and router setting but would not connect over LTE network.
I'm thinking with the router IP and port setting showing active in the firewall for port forwarding maybe this is a NAS issue restricting access to internet.

Since you reserved the address in the router, the NAS should be using DHCP.
You can check internet connectivity by download the log zip, and looking in connman.log. You should see NTP time adjustments.
