I have to move this NAS to another area and will be required to replace all the drives, I can not walk them I must pull all of them then install new factory fresh drives. What is the process for this ...

When you remove the drives, be sure to keep the screws. The ReadyNAS drive trays use a special size screw. Also note that the ReadyNAS 3200 is designed to have all drive bays full with drives (the semi-populated units ship with spacers installed).
You'll need to buy drives from the HCL
After moving the NAS I would put all drives in at once.
You can do a factory reset via the boot menu: http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu#section32004200
With factory fresh drives the NAS may detect that the drives are new and do the factory reset for you without needing to use the boot menu, but it doesn't hurt to use it.
If you have time after the array is synced, I would power down and run the "Disk Test" boot option.
What version of RAIDiator are you running? When you do a firmware update, the firmware is updated in the flash and then installed onto the disks. When you do a factory reset the disks are wiped and the firmware from the flash is installed. Some benefits can't be obtained without a factory reset on new firmware, so your NAS should be in a better condition than when it left the factory.
What do you intend to do with the old drives?
