Are you asking specifically about ReadyNAS Replicate, are you thinking more broadly about backup/sync?
The web UI backup will handle everything except
- share ab3 : I want it to be synced with NAS A (if possible)
That requires 2-way sync (which the built in backup won't do). I don't use ReadyNAS Replicate, but I don't believe that will do automatic 2-way sync either.
The best protocol for what you want is rsync over ssh.

Hello Stephen,
I am looking to replicate data between two NAS devices(2120v2 and 3130) which are in separate geographic locations but on the same WAN and share a VPN tunnel.
Most of the Shares are iSCSI connected virtual machines in VMWare.
I would like to have data copied and stored from each of those devices to one another for redundancy purposes. Although I believe that iSCSI shares are not able to be replicated on this NAS. If that is the case, can you suggest an alternative to this?

AFAIK both frontview backup and replicate are for file-based storage only, and won't work for block-based storage like iSCSI.
Perhaps run rsync in a VM that accesses both the primary and the backup LUNs???

Thanks for the response Stephen,
I was thinking of assigning the VM a NFS type storage, then syncing it over to my other NAS.
