ReadyNAS Ultra 4 is an OS4 that does not come with free ReadyNAS Replicate. Please see http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20841/~/readynas-replicate-faq for ReadyNAS Replicate info and license needed.

So that I understand this correctly - the new NAS would have a free copy of the Replicate licence and I would still need to purchase another licence for the Ultra4?
