Restore disk geometry after OS reinstall

Hello,

I have a RN104 which was shutdown for a while (maybe 6 months), I have tried to power it on but the HTTP service was down and the NFS credentials were gone.

I tried an OS reinstall according to the manual.

It worked, some of my configuration have also been restored.

I did all the updates to have the 6.6.0 firmware.

Sadly all my disks are flagged red:Screenshot_20170105_190422.png

My options are limited, I can only destroy them (and I think loosing all my data).

Is there a process to set back the old configuration or to get a backup of my data?

Thanks in advance for your hints.

Regards.

    Hi,

The HDD#4 S/N ****1338 is dead and generating a lot of errors. You should shut down from the GUI, remove this HDD (double check the S/N) and try boot up the NAS again. If the data volume is then accessible, you should insert a replacement HDD asap to resync the volume to a redundant state.

    Serial: *****1338
    ATA Error Count: 2297
    Current Pending Sector Count: 17
    Uncorrectable Sector Count: 263

Is your volume an encrypted volume?

Can you send me your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

I'm pretty sure it wasn't encrypted.

I've followed the procedure to send you my logs.

      Thanks / Regards.
