Thanks for the reply.
I Disabled IPv6 with no difference, however, I had a thought, maybe the ReadyNas is not the issue and I have now had a chance to test it.
I dug out an old SATA II HDD and tried Creating / Restoring a Backup to it.
Creation of the Backup took 10 minutes as expected and the Restore took 1 hour 40 minutes.
It seems that the issue is not with the ReadyNas but with the Backup Software.

Good to know about the Bug, I will remove the second LAn Cable for now.
I will also disable IPv6 and will update you as soon as I get the chance to test it.
