Still working on a fix for this. mdgm informed me that disk 3 was toast and 4 was out of sync causing it to fail resync. Anybody run into this and have a fix? It was suggested that I clone Disk 3 and try resync again. I will try this if nobody has any better ideas. I have the unit online in tech support mode currently in case one of the gurus can look at it.
