They don't have auto-power on. You can use wake-on-lan manually if the NAS isn't in a convenient spot.

Non ho capito.. mi spiego meglio ..dopo un blackout e torna la corrente elettrica questo modello ha una funzione che permette il riavvio il automatico? , perché rimane spento e sono costretto ad accenderlo manualmente quando me lo ricordo, ciò è un disagio perché si perdono le registrazioni delle videocamere.

No it doesn't.
If you don't have a UPS powering the NAS, then you should get one. That will cover relatively short outages.
