RN102 - Management service offline after 6.2.3 update

Same issue here after 6.2.4 upgrade. Seems like readynasd service crashes
Please open RAIDar 6.0, download your logs and send your logs in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)

My cousin is the one who has a box that I reccommended her to buy. She can't figure out how to get the logs :) I have ssh access and can grab logs manually if you tell me which directories to zip up. readynasd gives a problem when starting and crashes:

had to update java and then download an d install raidar.exe. Running it all now and will attempt to get the logs and send them to youWhat directory do I try to get the logs from? Raidar is telling me that the management service is offline. I can only see the directories for plex, sabnzb, drone, couchpotato...etc...raidar can not connect to the admin page eitherSorry...can't figure out where to get the logs from...RAIDar 6.0- has a control to download the logs. She is perhaps running an older version of RAIDar.
