    Hello Brosius,

     

    I am glad you have backed up your files, we strongly recommend to always have full backup of important data.

     

    Clearing the browser cache and trying another web browser are the next things you can try first. I have some questions to ask that would help too, please see them below:

     

    • What is the current firmware version of your ReadyNAS?
    • What was the lst activity done on the NAS before this problem occured?
    • How many disks are currently inserted?
