The LUN file is stored at ///.iscsi/iscsi_lun_backing_store
However, if the iSCSI initiator is connecting successfully to the ReadyNAS but it is seen as RAW, then the problem is likely to be that there is corruption on the file system inside the LUN. Please see this article: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24912Regards,

Thankyou for your reply; we determined the same eventually. I've managed to take the iSCSI file from the NAS and mounted it on a Windows device to retrieve the data. The NAS has been factory reset and the data restored to it as a standard NAS share.
