If the AV service is enabled on either RN102, you should disable it for now.
If that doesn't resolve it, you will want to download the logs (either from the admin UI or via RAIDar 6.x).

Unfortunately I have no idea what you mean with the AV service.
JennC: Yes, it's visible in RAIDar. But by clicking the hyperlink to the folders, it keeps on scanning. I cannot get acces to the files.

Can you try typing \\ then followed by the IP address of the NAS in the address bar of Windows explorer? How's the LED activities by the way?
