RN104 - Can memory be upgraded
I know it's unix which tends to be quite conservative on memory use but is it possible to upgrade the memory from 512MB and if you could would it improve things?
I saw in some ReadyNAS models there is a SODIMM type slot but there one on the RN104 as well?

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredThe memory in the RN104 is soldered on, so it cannot be replaced.
Even if a memory upgrade was possible it would not be supported.
If your NAS is using swap then the memory usage is a problem. If not, the benefits of more memory would be marginal. - juwi_ukTutorOK thanks for the prompt answer.
