RN104 - ReadyNAS - Firmware stuck in 'booting'...

Were you going through the needed steps?
That is, 6.1.8 -> 6.2.5 -> 6.5.2 -> 6.10.2

Make sure you use 6.2.5 in your USB recovery attempt.
