RN104 Could not properly extract, fireware checksum error

Ixa, thanks for your message.
But I don't have access to upload new FW, NAS is stuck at boot. No gui, no backup button(only in boot menu).
And I don't know how to boot or upload FW from USB.

1. Insert 1 disk then perform a factory reset.
2. Download again the FW v6.2.2 from this link below (its possible that what you have downloaded earlier is corrupted that is why it failed to update):

Note: Be sure to unzip it before uploading it to your NAS.
3. Try to update the FW to v6.2.2 and check if it will be successful.
