RN104 shared folders disappeard after firmware update to 6.5.0

I suggesting making a backup if you don't have one.
It sounds like the config files (or the database) has been corrupted somehow. Perhaps send the logs to the attention mdgm-ntgr and/or kohdee with a link to this thread.

There is no any errors or warnings in logs, Everything is green and according to successful FW upgrade. Backups were started 12 hours ago, but it is about 1.5 TB of data, so it will take very long. I need to recover these shares ASAP.

You could create new shares (with different names), and move the old folder contents into them with ssh.
If you do that, use --reflink on the cp command - otherwise you'll end up copying the data instead of moving it. That's because each share is a btrfs subvolume. Then delete the old folders (they likely still are btrfs subvolumes, in which case you'll need to use btrfs subvolume delete). Then rename the share back to the original name.
If you haven't done much with btrfs, you should review the btrfs man pages before you enter these commands, especially if you can't wait for the backup to complete.
Note that copying with --reflink won't add any more space to the volume, and you can make the files available (using the termporary share name) while you are waiting for the backup to complete.
I made data transfer via SFTP on another unit. I had no time to play with it. After 10 hours of analizing all possible logs and checking configuration files I gave up. I also copied all files which are related with storage configuration on the system. I'll create new volume and shares for test purposes and I'll compare new config files, created or modified during volume and shares configuration. If I find and resolve this problem I'll place solution here. One thing I'm sure - after this adventure, I will not buy Netgear product anymore in the future. It's too risky for data, which should be protected on device like RN104, but this device itself is great danger for them... Thanks for help try StephenB
