RN104 Slow Read Speeds

I'm also having trouble with slow file transfers after upgrading Firmware to OS 6.4.2. Installed are 2x3Tb WD Red - At first i suspected the HDDs to be too slow. After some struggle, resets and reloads of the Firmware, and disabling Snapshots, AFP I might have found a backdoor. I changed the folders location on e.g. my videos:
From
\\Readynas104\videos
To
\\192.168.1.xxx\videos
It is the same location, but when I did a LAN-test I got forllowing results:
