RN104 will not respond in Boot Mode
Just opened my new RN104 up and in the process of formatting my drives with the steps in the guide, and I do have compatible drives. I hold down the reset button and power up the nas, Boot Mode appe...
Perhaps power off the NAS and try again.
If it still doesn't work, power off the NAS and see what happens with no disks installed.
