RN10400 Error do_exit+8ec

Since the beginning, I said that with this error the USB port was not recognized, nor any function of the reboot.
Thus all that you say are not a solution.
The one here is thus that I found to end this exchange.
I found the way(means) to get back the contents of my disks.I bought a NAS of a mark having better reputation.
I put the RN104 in the trash can.
On the sector of the Private individuals, needs not to take them too much for imbecile ones.Goodbye.

Instead of the production ARM firmware put the ARM firmware image from ReadyNASOS 6.6.1-T220 (Beta 3) on the USB key. Proceed to attempt to boot off the USB key to do the USB Boot Recovery.

That's disappointing. Your 3 year limited hardware warranty had not yet expired so I could have recommended as a last resort that support do an RMA if all else failed.
