RN10400 losing data transfer posibility (ping alive)
Hello,
I have a RN10400. I monitor the device to look if it is up.
At a point it does give me SSL down.
I can still ping the device. But are not able to logon to the web interface, als the iSCSI and shares are not accessable anymore.
A powerdown and power up does the trick.
I am at the latest FW lavel (i think its 6.5.x)

Current firmware for the RN104 would be 6.2.5. Can you confirm that is what you are running?
You should consider using Netgear support for this.
