RN204 Cannot Re-Sync Amazon Drive

I changed my password on my Amazon Drive. I can no longer sync with my Amazon Drive as when I click the tab to turn on, I do not get the pop up to re-enter my information nor does it turn to on. I deleted the ReadyNas third party app from Amazon drive to see if that helps, but did not. How do I get the pop up to reappear when I turn the Amazon Drive sync on? All the other options when I turn on display pop ups for log in information. I also tried deleting the amazondrive share but it reinstalls it and nothing happens. Firmware is 6.9.3

    Welcome to the Community!

     

    You may try first updating the firmware to 6.9.4 and check if you will still have the same problem afterwards. You may download it here.

     

    If you will still have the same error, you may download the system logs and then send it to us. You can upload it to a file sharing site and then PM me the download link.

      Upgraded firmware, no changes. Cleared the log, so nothing new to report on it.
