RN2120 - Management Service Offline + no SMB access after 6.8.0 update
HELP! I updated to 6.8.0 and now have "management service offline" and no access to SMB shares. Share is visible in MacOSX but when prompted to enter credentials the finder window disappears and does...

It does appear after upgrading to the latest version of the firmware you have loss access to the management page and shares. Can you still access the admin page of the NAS? Can the Raidar utility still detect the NAS on the network? Can you download the logs? If you manage to download the logs kindly provide us a copy, you may use file sharing website like wikisend and just PM the download link.
