RN21200 and GS116E-200NAS switch

Hello.  Firmware version is 6.6.0.  Does the Netgear GS116E-200NAS switch support "IEEE 802.3ad LACP" mode on the ReadyNAS network interface bonding?   Thanks in advance.

The GS116E-200 switch supports manual static LAG (see datasheet).

You should consider getting a SMART switch for use with LACP.
