Right I see, so even though the problem was caused by a firmware update Netgear released, we're expected to pay for support to resolve it?
I have installed the 6.7.5 RC1 beta firmware via fwbroker as per the following link given there was a glimmer of hope it may sort it but unfortunately it's made no difference.....
