RN214 - Volume data is Degraded almost every after reboot

I'd start by downloading the log zip file from the web ui for both NAS. Look for btrfs and disk errors in system.log and kernel.log. You can ask the mods ( JohnCM_S and Marc_V ) to analyze the log zip for you - but don't post a download link here. Instead, send them a private message (PM) using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page. Include a link to this thread, and also download links (google drive, dropbox, etc) to the full log zips.
Also, try running the disk test from the volume settings wheel.
Power might be an issue here. The WD121KRYZ will use more power than the WD100EFAX. If the WD100EFAX system seems to show the symptoms more, you could try swapping the two power adapters.

Do you think that another power supply 12V 10A would be of any damange compared to the one coming from Netgear (12V 7A)?

If not, I can try to buy one and see if it improves. I cannot sustain resyncing for 30+ hours all the time... And this is the best case scenario.
That one does have the proper pin-out (positive on either side of the flat keyed side) based on the label diagram in the photo. Not all do, so use care if you decide on something different. I doubt your problem is the steady-state power, it's the inrush. That a higher wattage supply will support higher inrush isn't guaranteed. You may just have a weak capacitor in your supply that assists in holding up the voltage through inrush and don't need higher overall power.
Also, be careful if they "cleverly" hide the amperage/wattage, usually by placement of the cord in the photo. They may claim to be ReadyNAS compatible, but typically aren't 7A or better. If they were, they'd advertise it.
I'm afraid it is not the power supply.
After resyncing finished, I used the power supply of RN204, which has the same characteristics, 12V, 7A and never had such a problem with RN204, although with 4 drives loaded.
But unfortunately, although all 3 drives in RN204 where green, again after booting RN214 reported as DEGRADED (again due to disk 1). Now I have to wait for 60+ hours to resync and then run the disk tests.... So annoying.
Might be the chassis faulty, but why to have such issue while working fine for so long with 1 and then with 2 disks and for app. 4-5 months with 3 disks and always on UPS?
