RN214 OS6.10.3 Webgui hanging during scheduled operations

Question

I have currently since several hours my RN214, with 2x WD Red 3TB discs which is doing something, I suppose an antivir scan, and both web interface, samba share and Plex not accesible...

I do not have special sofware installed.. Plex and iDrive.

Latest OS 6.10.3.

Is there any way how to conncect to it in such case?

p.s. unfortunately the SSH service is off.. so no terminal access...

I was able to get back in the WebUi...for a short time... :|

Seems it had a restart thus I was able again to log in.

I extracted the relevant logs.

The issue comes from clamav.After SEVERAL tentatives, I was able to get access to the WebUI, enable the SSH termina.Then after other several tentatives, and timeouts I was in the prompt...I used then&nbsp;ps -eo pid,ppid,cmd,%mem,%cpu --sort=-%mem | headto get the process list, and the clamav process was eating most of the ressources (~92%).Plex instead was around 1%.&nbsp;Now I disabled the antivirus functionality, and I did not observed any hanging since 24h.&nbsp;In the log file there is no information about volume resync...Where I can get it?&nbsp;

Look for "resilver" in the&nbsp;=== maintenance history === section at the end of volume.log

I suggest checking the fullness of the root partition.&nbsp; It's only 4 GB, and the system will misbehave in several different ways if it is getting full.&nbsp; Normally it's around 25% used.

The last resilver happend in February 2020...&nbsp;The root partitin seems not to be a issue.../dev/md0 3862208 1511520 2124796 42% /&nbsp;It is perhaps a little higher than you are expecting..
