RN4220 and SNMP connected UPS

I have a readynas 4220 running firmware 6.4.0. It is connected to a network enabled UPS. ( APC Symmetra LX 8000 RM ) I am polling the UPS with SNMP v1.    I am getting " System: Error communicating...

Hello Garet,

 

Did you upgrade the firmware just recently and got this problem or you already are experiencing this even on previous FW versions?

    I did not have it setup with the previous firmware. The current level is 6.4.0.

    I did bond 2 10g network connections to the switch. But it did not change anything.

      Hello Garet,

       

      Have you tried another USB port on the NAS? It may be possible it is the USB port where the UPS is connected stops detecting anything plugged in to it.

        It is a network ups. there are not any USB connections.
