RN516 and 6.2 – problems with Snapshot access!! #24290068
I updated my RN104 to 6.2 without problems afterwards I tried the same with my 516. Now I have some problems: - Logon page reports still 6.19 but overview admin page reports firmware 6.2 - Pow...
I contact the German support his only tipp was to spend 75 Euro for the case or more for more for a yearly support contract. [emoji35]. I did a backup and then i rebooted the device. After the first reboot the energy option apper and after a second reboot i could access the snapshots again.
