I went through the full log bundle myself and found this in dmesg.log from the last boot — thought it might save you some digging:
The kernel found all 6 data partitions (sda3–sdf3) but kicked 4 of them (sda3, sdb3, sde3, sdf3) as "non-fresh" due to an event count mismatch, leaving only sdc3 and sdd3 — not enough to start RAID5 (not enough operational devices (4/6 failed)). There's also a systemd-journald message right before it saying the journal was "corrupted or uncleanly shut down," so it looks like an unclean shutdown left 4 of the 6 disks out of sync.
All 6 disks show clean SMART data (0 reallocated/pending/uncorrectable sectors). Does this look like a case for mdadm --assemble --force, and if so, could you confirm the right approach given sdc3/sdd3 appear to be the "freshest" pair?
