RN716X Load balancing 10GB to XS712T

We Just Received our RN716X in the mail today.. attempting to setup port bonding of the two 10GB ports to the Netgear XS712T (10GB) Switch.. We are also running Win2012R2 Server with Intel X540-T2 (2 port 10GB) Network card. We are trying to determine if we should use "Adaptive Load Balancing" on the Readynas or "LACP 802.3ad" and if so what Hash Type (layer 2 2+3 or 3+4) would be best for fastest throughput when copying large amount of files to a mapped drive (or \\ip address\share )on the readynas or backup /streaming DLNA From Tivo boxes.. (it's a flat network with no subnets or Vlans)

When we attempt to setup 10GB LAG Trunking on the XS712T we are not really sure on exact settings for STP mode/lag type we should be using... The Trunking appears setup correctly.. but we noticed that RAIDAR no Longer finds the RN716 (but does for our other Ultra6 /NV+ units) if we switch to Adaptive Load Balancing , it shows up again in RAIDAR but we are getting a small amount of packets with errors (2064/2932) the overall throughput we are seeing copying from an Ultra 6 (two bonded 1GB ports) is around 50MB/sec and only about 15MB/sec from the NV+ (single 1GB port) we think these numbers are way too low... any suggestions would be helpful.

I would use LACP 802.3ad. I read somewhere about which modes are suitable for different purposes.

If using hard disks I doubt you'd come close to saturating a single 10GB link anyway.
