Rnas314 stuck with booting on LCD screen
I was trying to access my files via readycloud and the files would not come up. I checked my nas unit and saw it had "booting" on the LCD screen at 68% and this has never happened before. I would like to know how to get the nas unit to boot. I have the unit full and attached to a expansion unit that is also full. I can't lose any of the data on these devices.
Thanks
Jon
Thanks
Jon
I was able to resolve my issue by doing the following:
After letting the system run for several hours, I pressed the power button on the front and saw the message"system upd...."
Not sure what it stated exactly as you cannot read the entire string.
So I turned the unit off by holding the power button.
I then rebooted the system and it went to 87% and atayed there for a while until it went to 100%.
I then access the unit via web browser.
Did another reboot and it came back ok.
Ran the Firmware update to get the latest update v6.7.1
Did a reboot after the firmware did its own reboots.
System is now running ok.
