Seems to me you would be better off investing in a standard Linux box (or even a Windows box given the ASP.ne requirement?)
While a ReadyNAS runs Linux, it is heavily customized, not the latest version, and you dont have full control of the installation. Neither is it designed to be a web development box. What you want to do is possible, but not the easiest solution by any means
