Hello jaimierodd,
I checked your profile and found that you have opened a case. The system automatically detected that your ReadyNAS Duo was manufactured and bought in year 2009 including the date when the warranty of the product ended which was on May 19, 2012.
I apologize but this means that it is time for getting a new one. ReadyNAS Duo, by the way, joined EOL devices eyars ago so you would no longer be able to purchase a brand new one of this model (unless there is a seller who kept this same model in a box since day 1), probably a refurb or pre-owned one is available online.
If you have drives that were used with this NAS and you need to recover the data from it, it is either you search online to see a pre-owned ReadyNAS Duo (make sure it has the same exact model and hardware architecture) or avail a data recovery service from third party company.
I would like to take this opportunity too to apologize as I know how it feels when you can't retrieve important data. As we always strongly recommend, always have full backup of your data, storing important files to only one device is not a really a good idea. :)
Regards,

Yeah I know it's done it's time but it's served me very very well.
Are you, or someone else able to repair / referb my device for me?
That would be the best outcome
