It turns out my laptop needed to update to the latest Windows 10, after the update I am now able to access the ReadyNas.

Does RAIDar confirm that the IP address is, in fact 192.168.0.229? Have you made any other changes regarding network configuration?

Thank you for jumping in Sandshark! Yes RAIdar confirms that 192.168.0.229 is the right IP address. Also this is the IP address I use to connect to ReadyNas using my Mac. The problem is my Windows machine, I did not make any change regarding network configuration, this happened all of sudden.

Is your NAS admin password the factory default (netgear1)? If it is, you'll need to change the password for that command to work.
