ReadyCloud won't work, but RAIDar should find it. If you have internet security software running on the PC, try disabling it.
Do you remember the admin password? Try running https://nas-ip-address/admin using internet explorer (NOT current Chrome, Firefox, or Edge), and see if you get a login prompt.
