RNDP600E bios_ver.log missing OEM ID information
My RNDP600E is running firmware 6.9.6. In the past upgrading to 6.10.x, it has failed. I'd like to upgrade the BIOS to 6.10.10. I downloaded the logs and noticed that the bios_ver.log has a lot of ...

thanks for the reply StephenB, got the terminology mixed up, should've proof read my post one more time before posting 🙂
I (foolishly) upgraded last night to 6.10.10, hoping the same issue wouldn't happen again, which it did.
The upgrade is successful and boots up with no issues, connects to the network and is serving data.
The issue is under the System -> Volumes page, it is blank. I can't see the disks and RAID information.
Also under System -> Performance, nothing is showing under Status. The other information such as Volume, Network, Utilisation & Temperature are showing data.
All other pages are accessible and providing the repective pages' information.
Was reading another post stating that the eeprom can be corrupted and needs to be reloaded to correct that issue?

This doesn't sound like a corrupt VPD to me. It might be useful to download the log zip file, and see if there are errors in there.
When you converted the NAS to OS-6, did you also increase the RAM?

any particular log file to check?
the RAM was increased back when it was still running v4 (long time ago), not during the upgrade to 6.

So likely not out of memory.
What apps (if any) do you have installed?

This isn't something usual, so there is no specific log that jumps out.
Also, if you haven't tried a different browser, you might want to do that.

What model does RAIDar report, and does the serial number agree with what's on the label? Your issue doesn't sound like a corrupt VPD, but does seem like the OS is misidentfying the hardware.
