RNDX4000 autoexpand volume failed

Question

Hello!Before my rndx had 4x2tb disks (10 raid). Than i change to 4x4tb. But autoexpand of volume did't happen. Yes of course i reboot nas after new 4x4tb rebuilnding several times.I found on this forum solution when the supportteam connect to problem nas remotely and fix expand problem.&nbsp;Could somebody please help me and tell me solution? Don't want to kill existing&nbsp;volume and create new ((

I am a bit confused, since AFAIK the NVX doesn't support RAID-10.

Can you confirm

the firmware you are running
what RAID mode you are using

Thanks. &nbsp;I am seeing that RAID-10 was added to flexraid in 4.2.16, but the software manual doesn't consistently list it as a raid mode.
&nbsp;
Hopefully a Netgear person will tell us if OS 4.2 supports RAID-10 vertical expansion.
