Hello Alein,
It is recommend to use a power supply that is designed for the specific model of ReadyNAS and discourage using hardwares that came from different device. Once the NAS manage to power on the Raidar should detect the NAS even without hard drives inserted to it. As for the VGA card the NAS will not generate any video. I would recommend purchasing the designed power supply for the unit and check if that will help address the concern and power on the NAS.

Hello Alein,
The troubleshooting and isolation steps you are doing is beyond the troubleshooting we do and recommend. If we find the device is faulty and it is under it's warranties we recommend to have it replace. We can wait for any recommendations from someone from community that may have encountered the same problem.

I am not familiar with who makes the 4220 motherboard (assuming, like the 4200, it's OEM from another company). You may have more luck going to a forum that supports that motherboard.
In both of your movies, there is no RAM installed. You aren't going to get very far that way.

There are both RAMs :) as in oryginal.
Mother board seems to be Netgear, not OEM from different company.
I was able to find only on this site some information.

I ask them if there is any documentaion to this MOBO, but without respond yet
It seems that 4200 is much better is cause of hardware problem. 4220 is almost impossbile to fix, and I am not sure if there is difference in performance. There is no benchmark of 4220 available.
Currntly I am still looking for any output from this mobo. There must be something.
PS. I am 2nd owner, so I do not apply for warranty as I know since I have no idea, when 1st owner bought it.
Ps2.I have no oryginal power supplies :(
