Rsync on two 2100 NAS does not progress

Maybe restart the ReadyNAS doing the copy. You can probably tell from the timestamp which file was interrupted, and should delete that one.
Generally it is best to do the initial copy via frontview backup using NFS, and than edit the backup job to do subsequent copies with rsync. However 700 GB should not take 10 days on a wired connection.
