Rsync slow as heck for everyone else???
I'm running rsync with a unix box on the same gigabit switch and it is ridiculously slow. So severely slow that it copied 200ish MB in about 3 hours. That's pretty harsh. Any ideas? Chris Green

I'm performing a set right now of *three* larger files totally 40MB. I am getting a throughput of 26-28 kB/s as shown using the "--progress --stats" option on rsync.
