Rysnc not working, Win 8.1
Hi, Sorry in advance for the wall of text, but I'll try to include as much info as possible up front. I'm bashing my head against the wall trying to set up my rsync backups from a local Windows ...
OK - so DeltaCopy is working, although it has it's quirks. It chokes on any exotic characters, so I had to rename some mp3's by foreign artists.
@mdgm - DeltaCopy comes with rsync 3.04, which probably explains the foreign character behavior above. How do I replace the rsync binary safely? Do I just literally install Cygwin, and point it to override the versions in the DeltaCopy folder?
