Scheduled Tasks
I was reading the 6.2.0 release notes:

In there it mentions that I can now:
Is there any documentation for these tasks that explains what they do and how often it is recommend that they are run? I only really know what Defrag does.

Schedule volume maintenance tasks such as Scrub, Defragment, Balance, and Disk Test.
Is there any documentation for these tasks that explains what they do and how often it is recommend that they are run? I only really know what Defrag does.
