Thanks Chirpa, that did the trick (I only have 3 1.5tb drives, nothing smaller).
System now shows 2779GB using X-Raid. Next week should have a 4th 1.5tb drive to add and test.
Giving it a good read/write workout now....

(p.s. just saw the final version of 4.1.4 posted...is that the same one I d/l yesterday or should I upgrade?)
