I have noticed that the Expansion % seems to stall and then LEAP ahead when I'm not watching. I surmise that this is due to the firmware bug causing one, or several, drives to stall out, and until ALL the drives start feeding data simultaneously the expansion cannot take place. When they do finally all sync up for a moment the data transfer is FAST (I have left the room for a few minutes, and returned to find several %points more on the expansion).
For the last 2hrs it has been stalled at 99.5%.
