Seagate ST31500341AS 1.5TB

Just my status:
Upgrading 4x 750GB seagates to 1.5TB seagates.
All were CC1G firmware upgraded to CC1H firmware. Successfully replaced two drives with no problem yet. Everything seems fine.
You should checkout newegg.com, I bought these drives for $129.
