yeah, pretty sure I saw somewhere in this thread that seatools just overlooks reallocated sectors (and that they're reallocated from spare space on the drive) - can't remember if it was here or somewhere else.
I've got 1 of my 4 drives still holding steady with 1 reallocated sector. Did catch a 2nd spin retry on one of my other drives today, though... still driving these things into the ground so i'm becoming fairly confident at this point.
